The Steps of Success Modules were developed from researched based principles that allow students to shift their mindset by becoming more self regulated.  There are 6 total modules that students can complete.  Each module focus on a different aspect of self regulation.  Students can use these modules to accel academically as well as in other aspects of their lives.  If you would like more information contact us.

Modules 1 and 2

(10 weeks each module)

​This option walks student athletes through for 4 of the 6 modules of Steps for Success. The modules include:

This option walks students through all 6 modules of Steps For Success.  The modules include:

5. How are you performing

6. What ways are you learning

A La Carte

This option allows for the customization of the Steps For Success Module.  The modules can be picked that best fits your student athlete.  This option will also include an intial assessment.

Individual Packages

This option is designed for student athletes needing more one on one attention.  Appointments can be made based on the needs of the student athlete. Please contact us for a quote.
